Colorful 3mm ABS Filament Coils
With the rocket rising of various plastic extruding 3D printers, the ABS plastic becomes the best material for 3D printing.
We attempt to provide the most affordable ABS filament for 3DP users:
1. We pack the ABS filament into coils without spools, and encourage the users to use modular spools to adapt it.
2. Without the packing spools, you can save the cost of redundant spools and also reduce the due of transporting. With the affordable plastic filament coils, the 3D printing will become the affordable service for everyone.

User Guides
- For the economic/ECO issues, we pack the ABS filament into coils without spool. We recommend users to take/make an adjustable/modular spool to adapt our ABS filament coils during printing process.
- The ABS material tempts to be damped in humid environment and the bubbles will be generated occasionally during printing process. Keeping ABS material dry will reduce the bubbles. Printing in smaller layer height (ie: less than 0.25mm) can reduce the bubbles effect drastically. If you want to printing with no bubbles, the drying process for ABS material would be necessary before using it.
- Avoiding exposing the ABS material under the “direct sunlight” for long duration.
- After the extruding process, ABS material tends to be warped by the thermal pressure as the parts cooling down. The hot-bed for the machine and printing objects with raft were highly recommended for printing large objects.
- The smell of heating plastic(ABS) maybe make people being uncomfortable, the ventilation environment must be taken into consideration.
How to diminish the warping effect of ABS filament
- Avoiding cooling down drastically! Turn off cooling fan and avoid blowing cold air into printing area!
- Using heated bed (~110 °C), and coating with rugged tape is much better!
- Printing the first layer with slowly speed (<20 mm/s)
- Fine tuning the distance between extruder head and bed!
- Printing with the raft, and you can also redesign it or the base of printing object to increase the adhesion!
- Adding some pads around the corner in the base!
DIY Spool!
We highly recommend user to DIY your own re-usable spool to save both money and the earth!
